Roast days are Tuesday and Thursday. Messages that arrive after 16:00 are answered the next business morning, and a subscription pause requested before a roast date is always honored for that week.
Three questions we hear most often
Most messages are answered within one business day, and a question sent before noon on a roast day usually gets a reply the same afternoon. A detailed sourcing question may take a little longer because we check the green note before we answer. If you need a reply for a specific date, say so in the subject line and we will do our best to meet it.

Send the request by email or call +19897483675 and include the email address on the subscription so we can find the record without guesswork. You can resume at any time and we will confirm the next roast date in writing.

Bring the order confirmation or the name on the subscription, and we will hand over the bag with the current cupping note letter.
